The whole Team were assembled for a full afternoon of coaching which was delivered by Nev Holmes from NH People Coaching & Development. Having worked in leadership roles for most of my 30 year career I have experienced lots of coaching techniques, approaches and models as both a coach and a coachee. So when the opportunity arose to begin a coaching relationship with Nev I jumped at the chance.
